Breakfast Under 300 Calories
We all know the saying: “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” but it’s true! You have to eat breakfast in order to get your body to function correctly. Would you not feed your pet before leaving the house to go to work? SO WHY IGNORE YOUR OWN BODY???
Here’s seven breakfast items under three hundred calories you can use to get your day going and take you through the week! :)
2 Whole Grain Waffles + Low Fat Fruit flavored yogurt = 259 calories
2 slices of Reduced Calorie Bread + 2 slices of Turkey Bacon = 240 calories
1 packet of Quaker Apple & Cinnamon instant oatmeal = 130 calories
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla + 2 scrambled egg whites + 1 oz of low fat cheese + 2 tsp. of salsa = 187 calories
4 oz of Fat Free Milk + 4 oz of Low Fat Yogurt + 4 oz of Berries = 236 calories
1 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios with Skim Milk = 258 calories
